Cuttlefish with spinachin kettle (or in saucepan)

INGREDIENTS:

 

 

1 kgcuttlefish                            ΣΟΥΠΙΕΣ ΜΕ ΣΠΑΝΑΚΙ 33  

1 kg spinach

1 cup of dill

1 cup of celery

4 fresh onions

1 wineglass of olive oil

Salt-Pepper-

Lemon

 

DIRECTIONS:

  • Chop the cleaned cuttlefish in small pieces. Washandchopthevegetableswhich we let them drain.
  • Pourtheoliveoilinthe kettleandmakelayersinthisorder:1/3 of our vegetable–half of our cuttlefish - 1/3 of our vegetable -rest of the cuttlefish -salt, pepper – and then the rest of our vegetables.
  • We cook in the kettle for 15 minutes. (We can cook in the saucepan with the exact same way, though it’s going to take more time, about 1 hour).
  • Just before we serve, we add the lemon.

Preparation time: 30minutes.

Cooking time: 30 minutes.
