Start your day with a genuine taste of life at sea, alongside with Captain Dimitris, who shares his knowledge, stories, and love for the Mediterranean.
We’ll head out in the morning and let the sea guide us — casting nets or lines in search of whatever it brings up. You’re welcome to watch, learn, or even join in, or simply sit back and appreciate the calm and the view.
While we wait for our catch, there’s time for a refreshing swim in the clear waters near Hydra or just to enjoy the peace and quiet.
Once we bring up the catch of the day, we’ll prepare a meal on board with whatever we’ve caught — turning it into a rich, simple, and traditional plate of food that truly shows the flavor of the sea.
At the end of our trip, we’ll make our way back to port, filled with food, stories, and memories that will stay with you.

Setting sail towards the point where either the nets or the fishing lines were placed by the captain the night before the trip
While collecting the fish, we can participate in sorting and cleaning or try our fishing skill with rods
Enjoying swimming in the crystal waters of Hydra or simply appreciate its beautiful landscape and the sun
Savoring fish and pasta with shrimp, crab, or whatever we have been fortunate enough to bring up from the sea
