We set out to sea together, starting with the thrill of hauling up the longline the Captain placed the night before. It’s hands-on and real, giving us a taste of professional fishing before we move to one of our favorite spots to cast our rods and wait for the bite.
Whatever we catch goes straight to the grill or the pan, the fresh flavors mixing with the sea breeze. If the fish is shy, we have fresh alternatives ready, ensuring that in any case we enjoy a unique Greek traditional gastronomic experience with seafood, shrimp pasta, fruit, salad, wine, and cold drinks.
Between fishing and eating, we anchor at hidden beaches only reachable by boat. We swim in crystal clear waters, relax in the sun, and enjoy the untouched beauty of the coastline before heading back with the taste of the sea still on our lips.
