Setting out from Milina, you’ll become part of the process — learning about the nets, helping haul in the catch, and getting a true taste of life at sea.Afterward, relax on the secluded beach of Tzasteni, where crystal-clear waters invite you for a refreshing swim. As the fish are cleaned and prepared, you’re free to cast a line yourself or simply enjoy the peace of the bay.
The day ends with a meal made from the morning’s catch — either a simple seaside fry-up, a warming kakavia (fisherman’s soup), or a visit to a local taverna by the sea, paired with drinks and good company. It’s a laid-back, local experience rooted in sea, sun, and tradition.
